No experience needed and nothing to prove. Here's exactly what your first weeks at Lumen look like — and how easy it is to begin.

How It Works

Beginning is the hardest part. We make it easy.

1 · Book your intro session

Tell us your goals and experience and we'll match you with the right first session — mat or reformer — at a time that works for you.

2 · Arrive a little early

Come 10 minutes before class. We'll show you around, get you settled, and answer questions before anything begins.

3 · Wear something comfy

Fitted, stretchy clothes you can move in, and grippy socks for the reformer (we have pairs if you forget). That's it.

4 · Learn the equipment

Your instructor walks you through the springs, straps, and key principles slowly — you'll never be left guessing what to do.

5 · Move at your level

Every movement has a modification. We meet your body where it is today and build from there, week by week.

6 · Find your rhythm

After your intro, we'll help you choose a membership or pack and build a schedule that actually sticks.
