Tell us your goals and experience and we'll match you with the right first session — mat or reformer — at a time that works for you.
Come 10 minutes before class. We'll show you around, get you settled, and answer questions before anything begins.
Fitted, stretchy clothes you can move in, and grippy socks for the reformer (we have pairs if you forget). That's it.
Your instructor walks you through the springs, straps, and key principles slowly — you'll never be left guessing what to do.
Every movement has a modification. We meet your body where it is today and build from there, week by week.
After your intro, we'll help you choose a membership or pack and build a schedule that actually sticks.
